During 2025, I continued to travel, though this was one of those years where I found myself spending more time in the studio than out in the field. Even so, I still managed to get away for a few meaningful trips. Capturing the natural beauty of Springbrook was a real highlight, a place I could easily see myself ending up one day.

the hinter lands
Around August, I returned to the hinterlands, revisiting some of my favourite spots while also discovering new ones along the way. I travelled deep into the rainforest on foot, camping and exploring far from the usual tracks. It was an incredibly rewarding trip, and I came back with some of my favourite photographs of the year.
